Three ways to detect lies during a job interview. 

 
Lies are very difficult to detect. Part of the reason may be that there is much misinformation about how to detect lies. Years of work in psychology, including research of actual police interviews conducted by Aldert Vrij and colleagues, provides guidance that allows us to detect lies through non-verbal communication (Vrij, 2006). 
It is also important to mention that the NLP has contributed significantly. The interview skills is extremely useful, as long as the technique is used correctly to detect lies. 
The key to detecting lies in a job interview is the questions we ask and the reactions of the respondents to these questions, the interviewer skill is essential for successful and efficient detection, inexperienced interviewers need to sharpen his senses to detect micro-movements, logical contradictions between one version of events, moods to certain questions of instability and lack of precision in the responses among others.

When we remember images or sounds our eyes move to the left, if we are remembering images, our eyes move up to the left and images our eyes when we move up to the right. It is noteworthy that when we make a situational question focused on some past experience, the interviewee should be remembered images or sounds, as it is something which he lived and what is stored in memory, the problem is when instead of remembering imagine or believe, this means that the answer could be invented or creating it.
