The 7 psychometric testing for recruitment and selection of staff 

The Psychometrics deals with measurement problems in psychology, using statistics as basic pillar for the development of theories and methods for the development of specific measurement techniques. Psychometric testing is a complementary tool for recruitment, which can be very useful if applied correctly.
